Where are you located?

We have two convenient locations in the Shreveport area. Both facilities are remotely managed. Our staff can be found at located at 1008 Professional Drive West Shreveport, LA 71105 or at The Corridor Apartments located at 4360 Roy Road Shreveport, LA 71107. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How do I rent a unit and how long do I have before I have access to the storage space?

With our user-friendly website, you can effortlessly lease a storage unit online in just a few clicks. No need to wait - once you have completed the online process you will receive an email and a text message with your unit number and access codes for the facility. Start your hassle-free leasing experience and enjoy immediate access to your new unit.

Is there an auto-draft payment option?

Yes, we offer a few different payment options. Payments may be made with a Visa or Mastercard online by logging into the Tenant Portal. Payment information can be saved and processed at the tenant's convenience or scheduled to draft at the beginning of each month. We also accept payments in the form of a check or money order.

What do I have to pay or do to move in?

There is a one-time $20.00 administration fee due, along with the first month's rent at the time of move in. Your second month's rent will be prorated depending on the day you rent the storage unit. Rent is due on the 1st day of each calendar month.

Do I have to sign a lease?

Yes, but our lease term is strictly month to month. We do not prorate the last month's rent. When you no longer require the storage unit, simply notify us 10 days prior to the end of the month, and your lease will terminate on the last day of that month.

How do I know what size I need?

On our home page, click on the size calculator icon. Select the items similar to what you plan to store in the unit, and the calculator will provide you with an estimated size you may need. In person tours are available if you prefer to view a storage space prior to leasing. Give us a call to schedule a tour with one of our professional facility managers.

Are there items I should not store in my storage unit?

We do not permit flammable liquids, explosives, contraband, animals (alive or dead). aerosol products, including spray paint, to be stored in any unit. Any vehicles parked on property or inside of a unit, should be checked for leaks prior to leaving onsite to avoid the vehicle from leaking in or around the leased storage units.

I leased a unit online, but I don't know how to access the facility or my unit?

You should have received an email or text message with information on your unit and how to access the facility. The Harbor facility would have assigned you an entry/exit access code. The North facility would have sent you a text message to download the Storage Smart Entry App. You must have the gate code, or the app downloaded to access either facility or unit.

When I got to the Harbor Facility, I noticed a green lock on my unit. What do I do with the lock?

We offer new tenants the chance to rent one of our secure locks. You will receive the code to this lock with the entry/exit access code email. If you would like to use this lock during your stay, there is a one-time $35.00 charge. If you already have your own lock, simply drop the green lock into the white drop box behind the exit keypad. You would only be charged the fee if the lock were not returned.

Do you require a deposit?

We do not require a deposit to lease a storage unit. There is a $25.00 reservation fee to hold a unit for 48 hours. If you end up leasing the unit, the payment is then applied to the total amount due. However, there is a one-time $20.00 admin fee due with your first month's rent at the time of move in.

When and how often can I access my unit?

Both facilities have 24-hour access. The only time access is denied to the facility is if there is a past due balance on the account. There is a 5-day grace period before the $20.00 late fee is added.

If something happens to me and I cannot pay my rent, what happens to my stuff?

That depends on how past due the account is and if you have been in contact with management. Louisiana Lien laws allow storage facilities to auction any stored property in order to collect a payment. Any payments collected would be applied to the past due balance. We must comply with the laws strict notifying process and timeline for auction. However, we appreciate our customers and do our best to work with you. As long as communications are maintained with management and you plan to pay, we will not auction your belongings.
