For traditional payment methods, we accept personal checks, money orders, and certified funds at our local offices located at 1008 Professional Drive W, Shreveport, LA 71105, and 4360 Roy Road, Shreveport, LA 71107, open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note, your username and password were set up during the online leasing process.
